If I book with you will I still earn my loyalty points?

Yes! For most available Fora rates you will earn points. However, similar to booking on your own, if we book an Expedia or other online travel agency (OTA) rate or package rate, you may not earn points. However, certain partners do allow you to both use and earn points on airfare and hotels, tours, etc.

How do I pay for your services?

Simple hotel booking is complimentary. Most hotels pay for visibility on online travel agencies, or through direct advertising. When a travel advisor books with them–as a direct, low cost channel–a small commission is paid to the agency, of which a percentage goes to the travel advisor. This doesn't raise the rate you pay, as it's considered one of many channels in which hotels, etc. do business.

For longer itineraries involving multiple a week or more of multiple locations and/or services, or extensive changes, a planning fee may be required as a separate non-refundable fee, starting at $250. This is based on the amount of time we spend on planning your trip.

– New client itinerary planning is complimentary for the first journey planned with us, if travel is completed.–

Data suggests that travel research and planning takes between 16-20 hrs. on average. We will be doing this for you, saving you a substantial amount of time.

What if I find a lower rate?

Hotel pricing is dynamic, meaning it changes constantly, up or down, based on demand, events, and more. Further, it's very important to ensure you are comparing apples to apples in terms of taxes, fees, and perks. Our aim is to provide the best overall value and experience in a luxury market, depending on your priorities. If you have an existing reservation, ask me... I may be able to VIP your booking depending on how you booked and the rate you chose.
